The information you choose to share
Your Career Passport may contain contact details, professional experience, education, skills, and work preferences. Avoid adding sensitive personal details that are not needed for a job application.
Private preview storage
When account services are not connected, Passport data and drafts remain in this browser’s local storage. Anyone with access to your browser profile could access that data. You can export or clear it in Settings. The private hosted Site also uses the platform’s access controls.
Your control over applications
Your profile is private by default. A live application requires your review and affirmative approval to share a selected resume and application details with the relevant employer. Practice applications are not delivered.
AI assistance
AI services are not active until configured. When enabled, relevant profile details and your request may be processed by the configured AI provider to prepare a response. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. AI output requires your review.
Your choices
Use Settings to export your preview data or remove it from this device. Account access, retention periods, deletion requests, and the responsible operating entity must be finalized before a public production launch.
Questions and updates
Use the Help center to prepare a question. The production privacy contact and organizational details will be added before public enrollment. This pre-launch notice will be updated as live services are activated.
